The chef of Baron Restaurant offers dainty delicate dishes of Russian cuisine. You can taste Russian borsht, Uha (fish soup) cooked with salmon and pike-perch, traditional Stolichnii salad, salmon caviar on rocks with hot pancakes or pancakes with different stuffings, real Siberian pelmeni, vareniki (potato and mushroom dumplings), baked pike-perch in Russian style, Culibiaka( Salmon puff pie) under mushroom sauce. Maybe you would prefer a chop of fresh killed beef or Famous Beef stroganoff with cranberry juice.
